Damage, stains etc which cannot be repaired/ removed will result in the tenants being charged for the cost of replacement items allowing for wear and tear including but not limited to:
  • Broken windows / doors
  • Damage to flooring – cigarette, iron, straightener burns etc
  • Damage to upholstery – burns etc- sofas / armchairs
  • Carpet / mattress stains
